Bldg. 369 Roof Replacement, NNSY

Syncon LLC was recently awarded the “Install Security Fence & Gate” for the US Coast Guard Station Annapolis, Maryland. The project consists of the removal and installation of a decorative metal security fence and a high cantilevered, motorized gate.

The Syncon Team was awarded a spot on the United States Coast Guard Regional Multiple Award Construction Contract (RMACC), District 5. The aggregate capacity of the RMACC is $150M and was awarded as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Bussiness Set-Aside.

Waller, Todd & Saddler Architects is the partnering Designer of Record. Both of our firms continued to develop a solid history of past performance together and delivered a winning proposal. Our former experience with the Coast Guard was rated excellent and a big contributor to successfully making the selection.
